Responsibility

Simployer is responsible for doing encrypted, offsite backup of all customer data, and backup is free of charge and mandatory for the customer. If the customer requires restore of data due to customer specific needs, Simployer can do restore on request. Custom restore is priced separately according to standard price list. 

Limitations in backup

The customer cannot chose to do their own customized backup.

If only parts of the customers data is to be restored (on request), our consultancy department may provide its own price quote on this.

Backup generations

• 7 past days with "point in time" restore
• Weekly backup last 25 weeks

Max loss of data

• 24 hours for data younger than 7 days
• 1 week for data older than 7 days
• It’s not possible to revert changes older than 25 weeks
